Established in 1976, Thermonics is a well-established trailblazer in the development of precision temperature forcing systems and a leading supplier of fast, accurate and reliable temperature testing equipment. Thousands of our systems are in use worldwide, providing high productivity and test accuracy as well as maintenance saving for our customers.

Thermonics’ products provide hot and cold electrical test environments for ICs, hybrids, and other components. Product offerings include Precision Temperature Forcing Systems and custom-built thermal test fixtures used for temperature testing semiconductor devices at temperatures ranging from very cold (-100C) to very hot (+300C).

Thermonics’ participation in the development of systems to temperature test semiconductors provides us with the opportunity to develop novel approaches and new types of equipment for this evolving industry. Consequently, Thermonics’ engineering department has accumulated substantial technical design expertise in providing localized temperature-controlled environments for testing semiconductor devices. This depth of expertise has lead to the development of easily maintained and competitively priced temperature test systems that provide ease of use and high productivity for our customers.
