Thermonics’ product offerings include:

• Precision Temperature Forcing Systems: Are used for localized, hot and cold temperature testing of semiconductor components, MCMs, PCBs or small assemblies. We currently have fifteen models available that provide a variety of temperature ranges, cooling mechanisms and software sophistication.
• Optional Systems: Include self-contained units that require no external air source and systems with extreme low-temperature capability, for high power applications (-100C).
• Custom Thermal Fixtures: Are uniquely designed temperature test fixtures developed to your requirements. Our designs take into consideration the many complex aspects of electronic testing of microelectronic devices and represent many years’ of experience in this field.
• Accessories: Include tools and materials that work in conjunction with the PTFS to facilitate testing. Product accessories include extension hoses and conductive thermal caps and materials.
